I wanted to say thanks to you and your team for the work you did on my Mercedes C240. The car is 10yrs old and as is typical with Mercs of that age, whilst being mechanically very sound, it was beginning to rust in the usual areas – wheel arches, hatch lip etc - and so required work in several places along with some alloy wheel refurbishment. The first point worthy of comment was how the quote was put together – you quickly priced each piece of work so I could decide which bits were worth doing, and with it being very competitively priced, my decision very easy. Whilst the car was with you longer than expected (needed a new wing), the results are well worth it and it’s obvious that you take pride in your work. You explained to me the steps you need to take to get the job done properly and after you had to unravel some previous very substandard Mercedes “approved” paint repairs, you even admitted it had become a labour of love - you don’t hear that very often these days! The car looks great, much better than when I bought it 4 years ago in fact, to the extent that I shall now be keeping for a while longer. It’s not easy to find a company like yours that focuses on honest service and getting the job done properly - I am very pleased with the work and am more than happy to recommend you to others.
